David came out this morning to access the condition of our attic fan. The fan housing was loose, making the fan itself sit askew. The fan blades were hitting a prong and causing rattling loud enough to wake the dead! David quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us a much needed temporary fix and useable suggestions for a permanent solution. He arrived early, exuded professionalism and clearly knows his craft.
